How we run a commercial job

• Read the civil and structural set and flag conflicts before they cost time.
• Coordinate with sitework, utilities, and the inspector so the concrete phase doesn't stall the schedule.
• Phase the pours to keep lots, lanes, and entrances usable during business hours; night and weekend work when it's needed.
• Build to spec — TDOT standard drawings and City of Chattanooga details for curb, walk, and ADA, with slope tolerances documented.
• Use the right equipment — concrete pump and laser screed for large placements.
• Place and cure by ACI practice — air-entrained exterior mixes, load-transfer dowels at construction joints, proper jointing and curing.

Licensed and insured, certificate of insurance on request. Self-performing crews for flatwork and structural concrete. Available for prevailing-wage and spec-driven projects.
